How to follow just tech, international etc. (No sports)

@AssociatedPress I follow you via Activitypub but I am struggling to figure out two things.

How could I follow just your top stories, tech or international without all the sports? - Do you need to separate out your flipboard accounts to make this possible?

How could I see just your stories on a particular topic - say #Iran ? Would you need to add some topic keywords/hashtags to your posts?

Welcome yours or anyone elses from knowledge on this

@JubilantJaguar Yeah ... I get that a RSS feed might be useful (being Friendica I can consume that) but then I guess if I commented on a story is it better that it could be linked back - I suspect that these issues might just because of the evolving federation capabilites of Flipboard (I could be wrong) - But yeah maybe in the meantime I might find some RSS from @AssociatedPress

I’m not familiar with Flipboard, but it looks they they have their news categories in different magazines. Can you not just subscribe to those?

@frongt Yeah I am trying this. The handlenfor these magazines seem bit odd. I am yet to see if they work..
