Report User - Character Limit Counter Suggestion!

I made a report about a user, but there was an undisclosed character limit and my report resulted in an error. Perhaps a character limit counter will help?

Feel free to disregard the subject of the report, which was originally a complaint of an account that was about 1 hour old suddenly making over 50 posts.

I made a relatively long report with the same observations and an acknowledgment that I didn’t know if this was a bot - just that I was concerned.

When I submitted the report I got this error message. I clicked the Back link, deleted some words, and the report was completed properly.

Perhaps a character limit counter should be here? I’ll include the error message that popped up.
