Syncing delay with lemmy.world?

So I was curious about the image issue posted in https://piefed.world/post/297175 , but the post wasn't loading any images, so I checked with my lemmy.world account and the post isn't present in https://lemmy.world/c/support@piefed.world , as of this moment piefed shows that the above post is 2 hours ago (should be around 2:30), but on lemmy.world, last post is still 3d printing.

tl;dr: There seems to be syncing delay between piefed.world and lemmy.world as a 2 hour old post in this community isn't showing up on lemmy.world

I see a ~4-6 hour delay before I can see my own posts with Lemmy LW via my alt (https://lemmy.world/u/Agent_Karyo). The delay seems to be consistent across many posts over the last week or so.

that's odd, we'll look into that.

i don't see any send fails on piefed side and the community has some subscribers on LW, so it should work, but i can also see that it doesn't.
